What data do we collect?
We often collect personal identification information, for example when you purchase tickets or take part in a survey. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers and business addresses.
Names and contact details may also be collected through a third party, for example: production contact lists. This is in order for us to work effectively in delivering work for you or your company.
How will we use your data?
Your data is used to enable us to communicate with you and others regarding work that you have employed us to do. Postal addresses are only used for invoices and contracts, unless the project specifically uses posted mail for creative or access reasons.
How do we store your data?
We store your data securely by using strong passwords with two factor authentication where possible.
How do we share your data?
We share your data with other companies as part of our work process, for cloud storage, backup and website services. These include: Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, and Apple.
We don’t use your contact information for marketing purposes, unless you specifically sign up to our mailing list, which is optional and can be unsubscribed at any time.
In the event that we need to share data for other reasons, we will ask you for your permission and what contact information, if any, we are able to share.
We may share your name publicly on our website to credit your work on a project. This is shared in order to market our work and credit your work where due. If you do not wish to be credited in this way, please find our details on the ‘Contact’ page and get in touch.
