The Bare Project is a theatre and interactive arts company.

We are based in Sheffield, but work across the UK and internationally. Whilst our form changes on each project, all our work is marked by an urgency for conversations about what comes next—conversations that acknowledge the future weighs heavy, but that it doesn’t exist yet. We create ambitious and galvanising artistic experiences for audiences, rooted in big ideas and in-depth research. We often co-create these experiences with communities of place or shared characteristics. The best way to understand us is to explore our work.
